Ticket Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
1.1. These terms and conditions (referred to as the “Ticket Terms and Conditions”) apply to purchase of the tickets for visitor registration, and attendance at the African Expo Property & Lifestyle 2025 (referred to as the “Exhibition”), a property exhibition, organised by Africa Expo Property & Lifestyle Ltd (referred to as “the Organiser/We/Our/Us”).
1.2. The Exhibition will be held at the Business Design Centre on 20 June 2025 and 21 June 2025 from 10:00 to 19:00 each day.
1.3. The Exhibition will feature a wide range of property-related exhibitors, including real estate developers, agents, and financial service providers. Visitors will have the opportunity to explore property offerings, attend seminars, and participate in networking sessions.
1.4. By purchasing a ticket for visitor registration, and attendance at the Exhibition (referred to as the “Exhibition Ticket(s)”), you agree to be bound by these Ticket Terms and Conditions. You also agree to use your Exhibition Ticket in accordance with these Ticket Terms and Conditions and the Visitor Admission Policy. Please read these Ticket Terms and Conditions and the Visitor Admission Policy carefully before purchasing your Exhibition Tickets.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1. Exhibition Tickets may be purchased through the website at www.africaexpo2025.com or telephone booking line at +44 (0) 20 7692 7003 using a credit or debit card approved by us.
2.2. By placing an order for Exhibition Ticket through the website or the telephone booking line, you are making a request to book tickets for the Exhibition subject to these Ticket Terms and Conditions. Please note that this does not mean that your request has been accepted.
2.3. Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation by the Organiser.
2.4. We will only be bound by the booking once we have processed your payment and we have sent an email to you confirming your booking.
2.5. Exhibition Tickets are sold at the price displayed on the website. All prices and fees include any applicable VAT.
2.6. It is not possible to use any promotional vouchers or codes or gift cards to book Exhibition Tickets unless expressly stated otherwise on the voucher or code.
2.7. Exhibition Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to, changes in personal circumstances, weather conditions, or travel delays.
2.8. Exhibition Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be sold for commercial gain. The ticket holder’s name must match the name on the purchased Exhibition Ticket. If you are unable to attend the Exhibition, you may transfer your Exhibition Ticket to another individual only under special circumstances and with our prior approval. 3. Changes and Cancellation
3.1. The Organiser reserves the right to make alterations to the Exhibition program, venue and timings at any time. If the Exhibition is rescheduled or cancelled, we will notify you as soon as possible. In the case of cancellation, you may be offered a refund or the option to attend the rescheduled Exhibition.
3.2. Where cancellation of Exhibition is required due to circumstances outside of our control, such as acts of God, flood, drought, earthquake or other natural disaster, epidemic or pandemic, terrorist attack, civil war, civil commotion or riots, war, threat of or preparation for war, armed conflict, imposition of sanctions, embargo, or breaking off of diplomatic relations, nuclear, chemical or biological contamination or sonic boom, any law or action taken by a government or public authority, including imposing an export or import restriction, quota or prohibition, collapse of buildings, fire, explosion or accident, any labour or trade dispute, strikes, industrial action or lockouts (“Force Majeure Events”), we shall not be liable for any such cancellation and may offer an alternative event attendance or a refund at our sole discretion.
Note: The Organiser is not liable for cancellations due to "Force Majeure Events" such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions.
4. Collecting Exhibition Tickets and Admission
4.1. Once you have booked your Exhibition Ticket, you can collect it from the box office at the entry of the venue.
4.2. For Exhibition Tickets delivered to your mobile phone or computer as a QR barcode, please note that the person receiving the barcode is considered to be the rightful ticket holder.
4.3. Exhibition Ticket can be used for one admission only for either of the chosen days of Exhibition.
4.4. Admission to the Exhibition is subject to the presentation of a valid Exhibition Ticket. For the safety of visitors, the Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual who does not comply with the rules and regulations, outlined in the Visitor Policy.
5. Liability
5.1. As the organiser of the Exhibition, our liability is limited to organisation of Exhibition and allowing you to attend the Exhibition.
5.2. We cannot accept financial or other responsibility for any loss or liability incurred by you as a result of contracts entered into by you with any exhibitor or advice sought or obtained from any exhibitor, and expressly exclude any such responsibility to the maximum permitted by the law.
5.3. We cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property brought to the Exhibition.
5.4. We cannot accept any liability for any acts or conduct of other attendees, sponsors and exhibitors or their agents and staff, including any criminal acts or those which may be regarded as unethical, immoral, discriminatory or otherwise unacceptable. Where such a conduct occurs, please contact the security personnel available at the venue at the relevant time.
5.5. Nothing in these Ticket Terms and Conditions limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
6. Data Protection
6.1. By purchasing an Exhibition Ticket, you consent to the use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes sharing your information with Exhibition sponsors and partners. When attending the Exhibition, you are consenting to your personal data (Name/Address/Telephone/Email) being provided to the exhibitors and sponsors.
6.2. The exhibitors and sponsors may use this data for purposes such as marketing their goods or services, analytics, and statistics. Some of these exhibitors and sponsors may be located outside of the EEA, so by consenting to give them your personal data, you are also consenting to the transfer of your data outside the EEA in some cases.
Important: Your data may be transferred to entities outside the EEA. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to this transfer if applicable.
7. Photography and Recordings
The Organiser may employ an official photographer and film crew to take photos and film the Exhibition. Visitors may be filmed or recorded for broadcast or security purposes. The photos and footage may feature in promotional materials for this Exhibition and in the future. By registering for the Exhibition, you expressly consent to images and footage of you being used in promotional material for this Exhibition and in the future. Please note that once images are uploaded and used for promotional purposes, they cannot be taken down, removed, destroyed or otherwise altered to remove any particular image or reference.
Note: Once promotional materials are published, it is not possible to request removal of specific content.
8. Code of conduct
You are expected to behave in a professional and respectful manner during the Exhibition. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the Exhibition without a refund. In addition, should you show any signs of behaviour which may be seen as criminal, unethical or immoral, we reserve the right to inform local authorities of such conduct.
Important: Any behavior deemed criminal, unethical, or immoral will be reported to local authorities.
9. General
9.1. We may assign, transfer or deal in any other way with our rights and obligations under these Ticket Terms and Conditions to any party at any time without notice to you. You may not assign such rights and obligations.
9.2. We reserve the right to change these Ticket Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
9.3. Any queries regarding the Exhibition or the Ticket Terms and Conditions, including any special access requirements, should be sent to [EMAIL] prior to you submitting your Exhibition Ticket purchase.
9.4. If any part of these Ticket Terms and Conditions is unenforceable, invalid or illegal, the enforceability, validity or legality of any other part of the Ticket Terms and Conditions will not be affected or impaired in any way.
9.5. These Ticket Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
